Summer Sailing Promotion – Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: This promotion offers a dynamic summer discount valid exclusively for private yacht and catamaran charters booked for departures between June 1 and September 30, 2026.

• Redemption: To receive the discount, bookings must be processed online via FareHarbor using the automated promotional link or by entering the designated promo code at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations or combined with any other offers, group rates, or holiday weekend packages.

• Availability: All charter bookings are subject to vessel availability and captain scheduling. We highly recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure preferred weekend dates.

• Weather and Safety: Sailing is dependent on safe sea and weather conditions. The captain reserves the sole right to cancel or postpone any charter due to hazardous weather forecasts (such as small craft advisories or lightning storms). In the event of a captain-initiated weather cancellation, guests will receive the option to reschedule or obtain a full refund, in accordance with standard fleet policies.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Because private charters require dedicated crew and vessel allocation, cancellations made by the guest within one week of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable. Any modifications or rescheduling requests made outside of the one week window are subject to availability and may incur standard rescheduling fees.
